Emerging Leader
Emerging leaders are just beginning their leadership journey.  They are excited to find interested in pursuing active roles in certain organizations.  Even though these leaders have only been on campus for a short time, they are determined to get involved and make the most of what each organization has to offer. 

 

Advanced Leaders
Advanced leaders are well on their way to reaching their destination.  They are actively involved in various organizations and are anxious to take the next step into an executive role or higher ranking position.  They are familiar with their personal strengths, but they are still acknowledging areas of growth in order to become a more complete leader.          

 

Passing the Torch
For these leaders, the end is in sight for their college leadership experience.  They are role models in their organizations and will soon be ready to transition, or pass the torch, to new officers.  They currently hold an executive position, and they are a vital part in the success of the organization.  They are well-rounded individuals that are looking to gain knowledge on applying their leadership experience in professional and graduate level environments.
