This website is known as a Wiki. The name is based on the Hawaiian word "wiki-wiki", meaning "quick" or "fast". One advantage of creating a wiki is that it allows for the site to grow and change often without much fuss. Any user can edit pages from anywhere in the world and new content can easily be added.
